1. Who we are
ReviewRaider AI ("we", "us") is operated by TheAppMakerPro. We can be reached at ceo@theappmakerpro.com.
2. Information we collect
Account data (Clerk): email address, name (optional), authentication tokens. We do not store passwords — Clerk handles authentication.
Waitlist data: email address, signup source (which page you joined from), IP address, and browser user-agent at time of signup. Used only to contact you about the launch.
Campaign data: URLs you submit for AI generation and the resulting generated content. Stored under your account in Neon Postgres.
Purchase data: WarriorPlus transaction IDs and product purchases (used to grant tier access). We do not store credit card or payment details — those are handled by WarriorPlus.
Cookies: session cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use it
- Provide the ReviewRaider AI service (generate campaigns, manage your account)
- Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, password resets, launch announcements)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and rate-limit violations
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data with:
- Anthropic — sales page text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for content generation. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- Neon — managed Postgres database hosting your campaign data.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge infrastructure.
- WarriorPlus — payment processing for purchases.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email ceo@theappmakerpro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and your account email. We respond within 30 days.
You can also delete your account directly from your dashboard at any time.
6. Retention
- Waitlist signups: deleted 90 days after launch or on request
- Account data: kept while your account is active + 30 days after deletion
- Campaign data: kept while your account is active + 30 days after deletion
- IP addresses and rate-limit logs: 30 days
- Webhook records (purchase processing): 7 years for tax/compliance
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure (Vercel, Neon, Anthropic, Clerk) is primarily in the United States. By using ReviewRaider AI you consent to your data being processed in the US.
8. Children
ReviewRaider AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We will notify users by email of any material changes to this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
