1. Agreement
By accessing or using ReviewRaider AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ReviewRaider AI ("the Service") generates affiliate marketing content (review articles, bonus pages, video scripts, email sequences) from URLs you submit, using third-party AI models. Output is delivered as Markdown.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it. One person per account. Do not share credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service to generate content for products that violate WarriorPlus, JVZoo, or ClickBank terms of service
- Submit URLs to scrape private, internal, or unauthorized resources
- Resell, distribute, or sublicense the underlying technology (this is a Personal Use license — see Reseller and Whitelabel tiers for those rights)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our prompts or models
- Generate content that is defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or unlawful
- Use the Service for spam, list-bashing, or to violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws
5. AI-generated output
ReviewRaider AI uses third-party large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate content based on URLs you provide. AI output may contain factual errors, fabricated claims, or content that does not accurately reflect the underlying product. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all generated content before publishing it under your name or affiliate identity. ReviewRaider AI does not warrant that output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any claims, damages, takedowns, account suspensions, refund requests, or losses arising from your publication of generated content.
6. Plans and payment
All purchases are processed through WarriorPlus. Pricing as displayed at time of purchase. Front-end is a one-time payment with lifetime access to the tier you bought (subject to ongoing maintenance of the Service). Higher-tier upgrades replace lower tiers in your access. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with at least 60 days' notice.

8. Generation limits
Lite tier: 10 campaigns per calendar month. Pro and above: unlimited subject to fair-use rate limits (currently 5 generations per minute, 30 per day per account). We may adjust rate limits to prevent abuse.
9. Intellectual property
You own the generated content output (subject to upstream model terms). We own the Service, the prompts, and the underlying infrastructure. Trademarks of third parties (including Anthropic, Claude, WarriorPlus) belong to their respective owners.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
11. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
